What this is, and what this isn’t, and why you’ll love it
This is the chance to: get fabulous feedback, make changes, create something, launch something, talk something through in incredible detail, to talk, talk, talk, write, write, write, to take action that is long-lasting and brings around whichever result you are focused on getting.
This isn’t a course that you sign up for but never use, a coaching experience where you need to really consider a long-term investment financially, but nor is a 60 minute call that gets you excited but unable to take all the action you want.
You’ll love it because frankly - you’re amazing, and organised, and just think what you can get done in a day! That investment in yourself is the probable push you’ve needed to finally take action on that dream, or that sticky point, or that uncertainty. It’s coaching, vision, strategy, action, mindset all in one day, and it gets results.
I love it because this is an area in which I thrive: every day at School I help students problem solve, become inspired and get excited all within the space of an hour - just imagine what we can do in a day!
Give me the technical details please - how does this work in action?
How does this Voxer malarkey work, and how do I book?
Firstly, we don’t have to use Voxer - I just think it works really well. But we can use Whatsapp instead if you want (but I will try and persuade you to use Voxer!) You choose a date: it doesn’t have to be one of those magical days when there’s nothing in the diary - how often do those actually happen?! It just needs to be a day when you’re ready to be in the right headspace to get stuff done.
What happens in advance of the day?
You choose to email me, Voxer me or both to tell me what you’d like to work on. As soon as you book you’ll get a client questionnaire so I know everything I need to know in advance, and you’ll already feel invested and excited!
And on the day itself?
We’ll start at a time that suits us both, but normally I’ll start listening at 9.00am (but as soon as you’re awake you can message me!) It won’t be message after message after message - it will follow a natural rhythm and resonance - so points that ebb and flow, time to do some work and reflecting, time to just talk talk talk. You can email over resources, get feedback throughout the day, and follow up notes at the end of it.

What will I have achieved after a day like this? Is it really worth it?
Oh my darling so much! You wouldn’t be investing in a day like this unless you were ready to take this action. The thing is, I understand that you might not know entirely why you’re booking or what you’re booking for - you might just have this gut feeling that you need the support, you need it now and you’re ready to get some serious support. I have booked coaching days when I know exactly what I want to work on, and had tremendous results. I have also booked coaching days where I really don’t know what I’m after, but I just want that level of support, expertise and accountability.

Frequently Asked Questions
How long do we get together?
You can start sending me Voxers as soon as you wake! In advance of the day I will also ask you fill out a detailed questionnaire. On the day itself I'll start responding from 8.00am (though I may have the school run from 8.45-9.00am) and we can then share as much as you want - you might want time to write, reflect, run, whatever - I'm around for you all day.
Do I need to drop everything else on this day?
No! It's completely up to you! It's our time - you need to use it in the way that is right for you - I'm not going to be incessantly nagging you. It's whatever works for you.
How much is Voxer?
It's free (and you can use Whatsapp if you're desperate to! You can use Voxer on your laptop/ desktop too, as well as your mobile.
What's your refund policy?
This day is non-refundable so please pay with that full knowledge in mind. However I am more than happy to reschedule as long as I get 24 hours notice!
Am I the right kind of person for this?
If you have something you want to work through together for a day, to take support, action and inspiration then yes! If you want to "do everything in a day" e.g. choose a business, decide on a new career and write a CV and apply for jobs, look at your whole life in a day...then no...

No - primarily because that would be exhausting for us both! But also because this kind of day brings with it a big element of teaching (why do you think I love this kind of day) - I help you problem solve but I also offer you tangible solutions!
