This is a really creative way of working together, where we hold space for one big project, plan or vision every 3 months, and work together to hold you gently accountable and make it happen.

How does this work then? Give me the details please!
Either you book straight away or book a free 20 minute “best fit” call, to check we’re going to work beautifully well together.
You book your first 121 call with me and sign up to the process. I will send you a detailed initial questionnaire within 24 hours.
We have our call, and then set up a detailed plan to cover the quarter.
We have two further detailed catch-up sessions in month 2 and month 3, reviewing our shared doc/trello/Asana at least month
We have a reflection and “going forward” session at the end of the 3 months, and you choose whether or not to go for another 3 months.

I have spent countless years developing endless resources, techniques and strategies to get students thinking, and have applied this to my coaching practice. I spend my whole life unlocking ideas for people - it really is my zone of genius. I can give you:
Mentorship: I’ll share what I’ve learned developing my own work and business, and multi-faceted life, offering up suggestions and alternatives, being honest but always supportive.
Accountability: this is so important! Quite simply you won’t get so much done without me - because we all know how magical it is having a cheerleader there to whoop you on, and how hard it can feel when you’re alone. It’s not that you’re not motivated, or don’t have willpower - it’s just that we’re not meant to do this alone.
Strategy: Here’s where we actually take action, with so many small but profound steps (and some massive ones). This is a potent mix of which you want to take advantage.
I will be with you, cheering you on, pushing you when you’re ready and giving you all the loving energy and encouragement to rest when that’s right too.
Frequently Asked Questions
How long do we get together?
This ia a big investment of my time and energy, but you get in what you put out! As a minimum you should expect very frequent email support from me, and a weekly Trello update from me with suggesstions and support. You can do as much as you like, but there is a minimum suggested requirement (see below). We will have a minimum of 3 months working together.
Do I need to drop everything else for this process?
No! But you do need to commit to your ideas and the evolution of them if you want to see results with this process
What's your refund policy?
This process is non-refundable so consider your investment carefully, as I'm sure you will (and as I always do). That said, I'm a kind person I like to think so we can always sort something out if life gets hard :-)
Am I the right kind of person for this?
If you have something you want to work through for 6 weeks, to give you accountability, support and warmth (oh yes and accountability again) then hell yes! It's not for you if you're not into accountability!
What do you mean by accountability?
I mean you will need to update your Trello (or preferred organisation system) at least once a week. I will expect to hear from you via email at least once a week. You can send me any documents, emails, copy, spreadsheets, systems, anything and I will respond at any point apart from Saturdays.
What really works for this process?
Brainstorming and designing a course together, launching it successfully.
Reverse engineering our way through something and plotting it out.
Getting clarity and action on MANY specific ideas or problems

Is this going to be pure coaching?
No - because I'm setting you homework and giving you very specific things to try. These six weeks bring with them a large element of teaching (why do you think I love this kind of day) - I help you problem solve but I also offer you tangible solutions!
